What is a meta title?

A meta title is also known as a title tag it is an HTML tag that tells search engine bot and user what your whole web page is about.

It displays a clickable headline on search engine results and it also shows on the top of your browser tab section when the webpage is open.

What is the meta title character limit?

It should be from 60 to 65 characters and if it extends above 65 characters then Google will cut off those characters in the search results page.

Incorporate words like “mysterious,” “surprising,” “revealed,” “unknown,” and “secrets” to grab attention and create curiosity.

Start your title with “WHY”, “HOW”, and “WHAT” as these words excite readers’ interest and encourage them to click through to the results, for instance.
